Please read these terms before booking. By requesting, confirming or using a transportation service from AAA Vancouver Limo, you agree to the terms below unless different written terms are included in your confirmed quote or reservation.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to website use, quote requests and transportation services arranged with AAA Vancouver Limo. A customer who books on behalf of other passengers is responsible for communicating the applicable terms to the group.
If a confirmed reservation contains terms that differ from this page, the written reservation terms will govern for that booking.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request, including the date, pickup time, pickup and destination addresses, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, planned stops and estimated duration.
- Quotes may expire if not accepted within the stated period.
- Pricing may change when trip details change.
- Additional stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, ferry charges, border delays, cleaning, damage or overtime may result in extra charges.
- Taxes, gratuity and other fees will be handled as shown in the confirmed quote.
- Website rate examples are general guidance and do not guarantee availability or a final price.
3. Reservations and Confirmation
A quote request does not create a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after AAA Vancouver Limo accepts the trip and provides confirmation by email, text message, telephone or another approved method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all confirmation details and promptly reporting errors. This includes the service date, pickup time, addresses, passenger count, vehicle type and contact information.
4. Payment and Authorization
Payment requirements may vary by vehicle, service type, route and booking date. A deposit, card authorization or full prepayment may be required to confirm service.
- The customer authorizes applicable charges connected with the confirmed service.
- Outstanding balances may be charged using the approved payment method where permitted.
- Declined or reversed payments may result in cancellation or collection activity.
- Receipts may be issued electronically.
Customers should not send complete payment-card information through ordinary email unless specifically directed to an approved secure method.
5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Cancellation and change rules depend on the vehicle, service type, booking date and notice provided. The applicable terms should be shown in the quote or reservation confirmation.
- Deposits may be non-refundable where stated.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full reservation amount.
- Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
- Special events, long-distance trips, weddings, graduations and Sprinter bookings may require longer cancellation notice.
- Refunds, when approved, may be reduced by non-recoverable costs or processing charges where permitted.
6. Pickup Times and Passenger Readiness
Passengers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location. The customer must provide a working telephone number and remain reasonably reachable around the scheduled service time.
Delays caused by passengers may reduce the available service time or create additional waiting and overtime charges. AAA Vancouver Limo is not responsible for missed flights, sailings, appointments or events caused by inaccurate customer information, late passenger readiness or circumstances outside reasonable control.
7. Airport, Cruise and Cross-Border Travel
Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight, cruise, border and travel-document details.
- Flight monitoring may be used when a valid flight number is provided.
- Airport pickup procedures may differ by terminal and service type.
- Airline, airport, cruise terminal, customs and border delays are outside our control.
- Passengers are responsible for passports, visas, permits and all required travel documents.
- Cross-border transportation may be delayed or refused by government authorities.
8. Vehicles and Substitutions
We aim to provide the confirmed vehicle category. A comparable or larger vehicle may be substituted when required by mechanical issues, availability, weather, safety or operational needs.
Vehicle photographs are illustrative and may not show the exact vehicle assigned. Passenger and luggage capacity must be confirmed before travel. The chauffeur may refuse items that cannot be transported safely or legally.
9. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully and follow lawful safety directions from the chauffeur. Service may be refused or ended when conduct creates a safety risk, disrupts vehicle operation or violates the law.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted in vehicles.
- Illegal substances, weapons and dangerous materials are prohibited.
- Seat belts must be used where provided and required.
- Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult unless an approved arrangement states otherwise.
- Passengers must not distract, threaten or abuse the chauffeur.
No refund is required where service is ended because of unsafe, abusive or unlawful conduct.
10. Alcohol and Prohibited Items
Alcohol may be transported or consumed only where lawful, permitted by the vehicle type and approved in advance. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
AAA Vancouver Limo may refuse open alcohol, oversized items, hazardous materials, illegal goods or anything that may damage the vehicle or create a safety risk.
11. Cleaning, Damage and Lost Property
The booking customer may be responsible for cleaning, repair, replacement and downtime costs caused by passengers or items brought into the vehicle. This may include spills, excessive mess, smoking, burns, broken equipment, bodily-fluid cleanup or damage to upholstery and interior components.
Customers should check the vehicle before leaving. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten property, although reasonable efforts may be made to locate and return an item. Delivery or shipping costs may apply.
12. Delays and Events Beyond Our Control
Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road closures, collisions, construction, weather, border processing, ferry schedules, airport operations, public events, emergencies or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
AAA Vancouver Limo may adjust routes, pickup procedures or service timing when reasonably necessary for safety or operations. We do not guarantee arrival times where delays arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAA Vancouver Limo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profits, missed opportunities, missed flights or event costs arising from delays, cancellations or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Any direct liability arising from a specific booking will be limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where a greater remedy is required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Website Content and Availability
We aim to keep website information accurate, but routes, rates, vehicle details, availability and policies may change without notice. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace a written quote or confirmed reservation.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any page or online feature without notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply responsibility for those services.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By requesting or booking service, you authorize the collection and use of information reasonably necessary to prepare the quote, manage the reservation and provide transportation.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, disputes will be submitted to the courts of British Columbia.
17. Severability and Waiver
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, operations or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. The terms in effect when a reservation is confirmed will generally apply to that booking unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
